摘要
本工作选用甲基硅酮型OV-101玻璃毛细管色谱柱,在快速程序升温下,分别对F-T合成反应的固定床及浆态床的一段产物(C_3~C(24)),进行了分离鉴定。重复性与准确度好。为F-T合成油烃分析提供了可靠的方法。目前,F-T产物用毛细管色谱分析,国内未见报道。
This paper presents the analysis of the first-stage products from modified Fischer-Tropsch gasoline synthesis process by capillary gas-liquidchromatography.Two samples of the dewaxed oil of FTS obtained from the fixed bed and the slurry bed were separated with 56m long 0.26mm i.d.glass capillary column coated with OV-101.The column temperature was kept at 4013 for 10 min after injection,and then programmed at the rate of 10℃/min to 230℃ where it was bold until all compounds were eluted,the 266 compounds can be separated within 43 min.The advantages of this method are simple and very good resolution,and C4 hydrocarbons can be separated from C3 and C5 constituents at 40℃which is favourable to establish a complete analysis for FTS products.
