摘要
劳资关系和谐是社会和谐的基础,是构建和谐社会的必然要求。建国初期,党和政府在处理劳资关系上提出"劳资两利"的方针,同时出台并落实了相关政策,解决了当时的劳资矛盾,取得了很好的效果。阐述建国初期党处理劳资关系的具体实践和成功经验,可揭示其对构建当代和谐劳资关系的启示。
