摘要
基于发动机性能仿真软件GT-POWER中的准维模型,以及排放物生成模型,建立了可预测排放的非道路用柴油机整机仿真模型,由所建模型计算出的柴油机主要性能参数值包括功率、空气流量、燃油消耗率及燃烧后生成的NOx,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了所建模型的准确性,还重点分析了喷油提前角对NOx及Soot的影响,计算结果可以为优化柴油机性能提供依据。
In this paper a non-road diesel engine model used to predict emissions is built based on the quasi-dimensional model and the emission formation models adopted in the GT-POWER software. The predicted engine parameters,such as engine power output,air charge,specific fuel consumption and NOx emission,coincide well with the experimental results. The effects of advanced injection angle on NOx and soot emissions are also analyzed,which can provide theoretic guidance for optimal designs of diesel engine.
