摘要
本文报道狼毒涂搽剂对家兔毛癣病的治疗效果.利用管碟法观察体外抑菌效果;在体试验,选用60只雌雄不限的30日龄大耳白家兔,体重1.5±0.22kg,对毛癣菌病病理模型(剪毛区的皮内注射0.5麦氏浓度的须癣毛癣菌菌液1ml/侧)的)进行在体治疗,其疗效采用午氏光试验法检测.其20倍最小有效量组抑菌圈19.6mm,优于10%克霉唑癣药水的15.8mm;在体试验60只家兔随机分成5组,分别为治疗1组(10%的狼毒涂擦剂)、治疗2组(20%的狼毒涂擦剂)、治疗3组(30%的狼毒涂擦剂)、阳性对照(10%克霉唑癣药水)组和阴性对照(生理盐水)组,其结果狼毒擦剂和阳性对照组治愈率分别为75.6%、86.8%、92.3%和76.1%,治疗效果与阴性对照组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01).试验结果显示:狼毒涂擦剂对须癣毛癣菌有明显抑制和杀灭作用,为临床应用提供试验依据.
In this paper,the efficacy of Stellera Chamaejasme embrocation on pathogenic fungi in rabbit are reported.Cylinder-plate method is selected to observe antibacterial effect of Stellera chamaejasme embrocation on Trichophy tonmentagrophytes in vitro and the efficacy of Stellera Chamaejasme embrocation for Trichophyton mentagrophytes pathological model is measured by Wood's Lamp Test(intradermal injection of 1ml 0.5 McFarland of trichophyton mentagrophytes each side in the shearing zone).20 times the minimal effective dose of steura chamaejasme is used and the zone diameter is 19.6mm,which is better than 10% clotrimazole solution(15.8mm).Sixty 30-day old rabbits(male or female) weighted 1.5± 0.22 kg each are selected and divided into 5 groups randomly.For the treatment groups 1,2 and 3,10%,20% and 30% Stellera chamaejasme embrocation are used,while the positive and the negative control groups are treated with10% clotrimazole solution and physiological saline respectively,the curative ratio of all the steura chamaejasme embrocation treatment groups and the positive control one are 75.6%,86.8%,92.3% and 76.1% respectively.And the curative effect is significantly different from the negative control group(P0.01).Our results show that Stellera chamaejasme embrocation performed conspicuous bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects on Trichophyton mentagrophytes and provided proofs for clinical experiments.
