摘要
目的探讨马斯洛需要层次论在截肢术患者护理中的应用效果。方法将62例截肢术患者随机分成实验组和对照组各31例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组应用马斯洛需要层次论对患者实施护理,比较两组患者心理状态、对疾病知识掌握程度及患者的满意度。结果实验组患者焦虑、抑郁发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05),实验组患者对疾病相关知识掌握程度及护理工作满意度明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论应用马斯洛需要层次论在截肢术患者护理中,可促进患者生理、心理康复,帮助患者重新适应社会,提高了患者生存质量。
Objective To study the effect of Maslow＇ s hierarchy of basic human needs theory applying in the nursing of am- putated patients. Methods 62 cases of amputation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 31 eases, using routine nursing in the control ~ ~p, implementation Maslow hierarchy of needs nursing in the experimental group,the differences in psychological status, knowledge and mastery of disease and patient satisfaction. Results Anxiety and depression were significantly lower in experimental group （p 〈 0.05 ）, related knowledge of the disease and nursing job satisfaction was significantly higher in experimental group（p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Application of Maslow＇ s hierarchy of needs in amputation patients can promote their physical and mental health,to help patients reintegrate into the community,improve the quality of life of patients.
