摘要
[目的]研究广东松球果与种子的形态解剖学特征,以期为揭示该国家保护植物天然濒危机制提供参考。[方法]随机取样,测定球果和种子的形态特征。[结果]广东松球果平均饱满率为26.7%,饱满率变幅在2.1%~93.8%,单个球果平均干重10.76g,果纵径6.68cm,果横径2.94cm,果纵横径比2.27,果体积15.99cm3,种子平均千粒重79.33g。[结论]广东松球果可育种子大部分集中在球果中部;败育的球果可因"流脂"造成。种子可分为可育、外观成熟内部败育、发育不完全和没有发育4类。种子产量、千粒重与球果大小呈正相关。
[Objective]In order to provide some information for revealing the native endangered mechanism of the national key protected plants of Pinus kwangtungensis, the morphologic and anatomic indexes of cone and seed were studied. [Method]Sampling at random, all kinds of the characteristics of cone and seed were measured. [Result]The mean full rates of cones was 26.7%. The range of the cone fullness rates was 2.1% to 93.8%. The dry weights of single cone was 10.76 g. The mean cone length was 6.68 cm. The mean cone wide was 2.94 cm. The rate of length to wide of cones was 2.26. The mean cone volume was 15.99 cm3. The 1 000-seed weight was 79.334 g. [Conclusion] Most of the breeding seeds were centered in the central of the cones. Cone’s rottenness might due to the leak of fat. There were four groups of the seeds, such as normal breeding, maturity in external appearance but rotten inside, inadequacy development, and non-development. The seed yield and 1 000-seed weight had positive correlation with cone size.
