摘要
在残疾人中等职业学校班主任的工作岗位上,如何正确把握对残疾学生"爱"与"严"的内涵及合理尺度,是一个重要问题。笔者通过自己亲身工作经历阐述了特教班主任对学生的"爱"与"严"的理解,列举了班主任对学生的"爱"与"严"的几种不当类型,并对"爱"与"严"的关系作了简单的论述,以此来明确特教教师对职校学生的"爱"与"严"所应掌握的程度。
In the workplace of a class teacher in disabled secondary vocational schools,how to correctly grasp the meaning and reasonable measure of"love"and"strict"for disabled students is an important issue.Through my personal experience I explained the understanding of"love"and"strict"to students in special education,listed several inappropriate types of"love"and"strict",and briefly discussed the relationship between"love"and"strict",in order to clear the level of"love"and"strict"to be mastered by special education teachers.
