摘要
当前,农民工子女教育问题的实质是受教育权利的保障问题,之所以成为社会难题,主要是由于在受教育权利实现的过程中出现了诸多利益相关者及其复杂的利益关系。基于利益相关者理论对诸多利益相关者及其利益关系进行阐释,在此基础上提出相应的对策,以提高农民工子女教育政策和决策的水平和质量,更好地保障农民工子女平等地受教育的权利,促进教育和谐发展。
The essence of the problem of the education for migrant workers’children is the guarantee of education right.Many stakeholders and complicated interest relationship in the progress of the realization of education right make it become a social problem.Based on the theory of stakeholders,this thesis makes a systematic exposition of the stakeholders and interest relationship,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to improve the quality of the education policy for migrant workers’children,as well as to secure the equal education right and develop the education in a harmonious way.
