摘要
洞庭湖区是我国洪涝灾害频发地区,由于湖区垸坝修筑于特定的时代,大部分垸坝工程稳定性情况不详。泥沙淤积和地壳运动使湖盆不断演化,导致水位不断升降。建立一个垸坝稳定、湖盆演化、洪涝灾害观测站,获取大量科学观测资料,可为洞庭湖的综合治理提供科学依据。
Tongtinghu region frequently suffers from water-related disasters,including floods and waterlog.The engineering stabilitiy of most of the dams in lake region,which were built in special eras,is unknown.Mud and sand accumulation and earth crust movement,which induces lake basin evolving continuously,make lake water level go up or down.It is necessary to found an observation station on dams stabilitiy,lake-basin's evolving,floods and waterlog on Tongtinghu region.It can provide a great number of science observation data for comprehensive governing Tongtinghu lake.
