摘要
风险识别是建设项目环境风险评价的首要环节。根据《建设项目环境风险评价技术导则》和建设项目环境风险评价工作的具体实践,总结出了包括危险物质识别、危险设施(设备)识别、危险生产工艺识别、危险功能单元识别、危险类别识别、重大危险源识别、风险评价工作等级识别、风险评价范围识别等8项内容的风险识别"八步法",供编制、评审建设项目环境风险评价报告书(表)时参考。
Environmental risk identification is the key of environmental risk assessment （ERA） of construction project. According to technical guidelines for ERA on projects and its applications, eight steps were summed up for establishment and review on construction project ERA, including identifications of hazardous wastes, equipments, manufacturing techniques, functional units, categories and major risk sources as well as identifications of ERA class determination and its assessment ranges.
