介绍了日本东京23个特别行政区的生活垃圾处理流程、垃圾处理有关法规、垃圾焚烧和填埋概况等,提出对我国垃圾处理的启示。
The basic information including the process of waste treatment, the relative legislation of domestic wastes treatment, and the waste incineration and landfill in Tokyo 23 Special Wards were introduced, and then the enlightenment to the waste treatment in china was raised.
