摘要
目的探讨直视下小切口甲状腺手术的临床经验，评价其临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2007年5月至2010年1月我科收治的行直视下小切口甲状腺手术127例患者的临床资料。结果手术过程顺利，无喉上神经、喉返神经损伤，无术后伤口出血，无切口粘连，均治愈出院。结论直视下小切口甲状腺手术具有手术创伤小、手术时间短、恢复快、切口粘连发生率低等优点。
Objective To explore the clinical experience of open thyroid surgery with small cervical incision under direct view. Method The clinical data of 127 patients who underwent open thyroid surgery with small cervical incision under direct view from May 2005 to January 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Result The open thyroid surgery with small cervical incision under direct view was completely successfully in this group. There were no injury of the recurrent nerve and laryngeal nerve and no incision adhesion. And all the patients were cured. Conclusion The open thyroid surgery with small cervical incision under direct view possesses the advantages of reduced operation damage, shortened operation time, quick recovery and lower incision adhesion rate.
