摘要
对高技术产业集聚与高技术人才集聚的互动关系进行了定性描述,运用量化分析方法建立回归模型,对两者的关系进行了更加细致的刻画。通过对模型信息的深入挖掘,提出了促进两者和谐发展的建议。
This article firstly makes a qualitative descriptions for the interactive relationship between high technology industry cluster and high technology talents convergence, then deeply describes this relationship by setting up regression models. Thorough understanding of the model, the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions which can promote their harmonious development.
