摘要
通过对影响科技信息共享中信息质量的众多因素的分析,认为目前政府行政主导的共享信息质量管理固然重要,但不能忽视信息共享建设机构这一微观组织内在自我信息质量改进的动力,构建微观组织内信息质量自我约束机制是提高和改进共享信息质量的重要内容,并对信息质量自我约束机制的必要性、可行性及对策等进行了探讨。
Through the analysis of information quality （IQ） influencing factors of science and technology information sha- ring, the paper thinks that government＇s administration in the information quality of the science and technology information sharing is certainly important in quality control at present, but can＇t ignore self-improve IQ motive force of information sharing construction agencies can＇t be ignored. The self-constraint mechanism of information quality in these organizations is the important content for improve IQ. For this reason, the thesis analyzes the necessity and feasibility of self-constraint mechanism of information quality. And finally, some advice and countermeasures about how to establish and strengthen the self-constraint mechanism of information quality management in science and technology information sharing construction agencies are put forward.
