摘要
目的:观察常规治疗冠心病药物结合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将75例患者随机分为治疗组(大剂量组25例和小剂量组25例)和对照组(25例),对照组给予常规疗法,治疗组在常规疗法基础上给予硝酸甘油治疗。结果:治疗组心绞痛治疗总有效率、心电图总有效率分别优于对照组,不同剂量的治疗组治疗后肝、肾功能和三大常规检测与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:联合用药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效更明显且无严重不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the routine drug combination with nitroglycerin for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.MethodTotal 75 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（25 cases of high-dose group and 25 cases of small-dose group）and the control group（25 cases）.The control group was given conventional therapy,and the treatment group received nitrog lycerin on the basis of conventional therapy.ResultsThe total effective rate of treating angina pectoris and ECG were better than the control group.After treatment,compared with the control group,liver,kidney functions and the three conventional testing in the treatment group showed no significant differences.ConclusionThe combined therapy is more effective,and with no serious side effects.
