汽轮发电机组振动异常检测的阴性选择算法研究

摘要 汽轮发电机组振动是火力发电厂最常见的故障类型之一。从人工免疫原理出发,提出用于检测汽轮发电机组异常振动信号的方法。通过对模拟信号和转子实验台得到的全周碰摩数据,建立S集和故障检测器集,用阴性选择算法进行异常信号检测,获得了较高的检测准确率,证明方法的有效性。 The vibration of turbine-generator units is one of the most common failure kinds.Based on man-made immunization principle,the examination method of abnormal vibration sign for turbine-generator units is given.Through the data of full circular touching and rubbing which is given from the simulation sign and laboratory table of rotor,the S collection and failure detector collection are set up.Using negative selection calculation method,the examination of abnormal sign is carried out,and higher examination accuracy is received to prove the validity of the method.
