从总结项目管理中存在的不足出发,从计划、物资、技术和财务等角度对项目管理如何取得效益最大化进行了探讨,对影响项目效益的管理问题进行了分析。
Based on the conclusion to the deficiencies existing in project management,discussions are carried out on how to obtain maximum benefit in project management from aspects of plan,materials,technology and finance and analysis are made to the management problems that may affect the benefit of the project.
