摘要
用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对胡杨根际土壤木霉菌(Trichoderma sp.)发酵液进行了组分分析。从该发酵液中共分离到42种物质,鉴定了其中的39种,其主要成分是酸类、含氮化合物、酯类、烃类和醇类。用峰面积归一化法确定了这些物质的相对质量分数,其中佛波醇12,13-二癸酸酯总量最高(18.79%),其次为11-顺-十八碳烯酸(17.84%)、番茄红素(11.76%)、丁二酸二丁酯(7.4%)、甲基三甲酰氧基硅烷(5.69%)。
Fermentation fluid of Trichoderma sp.,a fungus isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Populus euphratica Oliv.,was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) to get the basic information about the composition of the fungus.A total of forty-two substances were isolated from the fermentation fluid and thirty-nine were identified,mainly including acids,nitrogen compounds,esters,hydrocarbons,alcohols,etc.The peak areas were normalized to calculate the relative content of each component.Among all these components,phorbol 12,13-didecanoate has the highest relative component(18.79%),followed by 11-cis-vaccenic acid,lycopene,and dibutyl succinate,with relative components of 17.84%,11.76%,7.40% and 5.69% respectively.
