摘要
目的加深对经腹腔入路行腰骶段椎体结核病灶清除术优越性的认识，以拓宽此切口入路适应症。方法随访近十年28例手术患者，对经腹腔、腹膜外两种切口入路作评价。结果腰骶段椎体结核经腹腔入路病灶清除之优点，明显多于经腹膜外病灶清除者，所随访病例无非发症发生。结论经腹腔入路行腰骶段椎体结核的切口入路优势明显，并发症少，应该优先选择。
Objective To evaluate the advantage of removing abdominal-sacrovertebral tuberculosis by way of abdomen, and to extend the suitable cut way through abdomen. Methods 28 patients who were performed surgical treatment; and they were follow up near ten years. To investigate the two surgical cut way which is better between the way of abdomen and the way of cut abdominal membrane. Results The way of abdomen to remove abdominalsacrovertebral tuberculosis is better than the way of cut abdominal membrane. The former had no complication of symptom. Conclusion The advantage of by way of abdomen to remove abdominal-sacrovertebral tuberculosis is less complication. It should be promising for clinical application.
