摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术与传统手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的疗效差异及影响因素。方法回顾性分析近年来我院收治的140例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床资料。结果研究组70例患者,经过鼻内窥镜治疗,治愈45例,好转19例,无效6例,总有效率为91.43%;对照组70例患者,经过传统手术治疗,治愈23例,好转31例,无效16例,总有效率为77.14%;2组患者的临床疗效经统计学分析,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。结论鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床疗效确切,与传统的鼻窦手术相比具有组织损伤小、保存鼻腔、窦腔生理功能,术后复发率低等优点,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the functional endoscopic sinus surgery and traditional surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis difference between the efficacy and influencing factors.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years,140patients with chronic rhinosinusitis data of patients with sinusitis.Results The study group 70 patients after endoscopic treatment,45 cases cured,improved in 19 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 91.43%;control group,70 cases of patients after traditional surgical treatment cured 23 cases,improvement in 31 cases,ineffective in 16 cases,the total effective rate was 77.14%;the clinical efficacy of the two groups by statistical analysis,P〈0.05,significant difference.Conclusion The treatment of nasal endoscopic sinus surgery-the precise clinical sinusitis with traditional sinus surgery,tissue injury compared to a small,save the nasal cavity,Douqiang physiological functions,advantages of low recurrence rate,it is worth for clinical use.
