摘要
目的观察穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法对54例顽固性面瘫患者分成2组,治疗组27例穴位埋线疗法,对照组27例用常规针刺方法。结果观察组总有效率为92.56%,治愈率为55.56%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,治愈率为25.92%,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论患侧穴位埋线治疗顽固性面瘫有较好的疗效,临床值得推广。
Objective Observation of catgut implantation at acupoint treatment of refractory facial paralysis in the clinical efficacy.Methods 54 patients were divided anto 2 groups,the treatment ngroup of 27 cases by embedding absorbable catgut suture in the acupuncture points and the control group of 27 cases by aroutine menthod of acupuncture.Results The total effective rate was 95.3% and the cure rate was 55.56% of the treatment ngroup。The total effective rate was 95.3% and the cure rate was 55.56% of the control group。the results showed the curative effect of improvement in treatment group were significantly superior to those in control group （P0.001）.Conclusion Catgut implantation at acupoint treatment of refractory ipsilateral facial paralysis have better efficacy,clinical worthy of promotion.
