摘要
我国转基因动物技术发展迅速,而现有的法律监管制度却滞后于现实发展的需要。目前学界专门针对转基因动物产业化法律监管的研究比较欠缺,并且主要集中在环境安全与食品安全领域,对于转基因动物生物反应器和器官移植方面的监管研究十分零散。转基因动物产业化法律监管作为一个重大的理论和实践课题,迫切需要从基础理论研究、法律制度供给和制度运行保障等层面进行深入探讨并加以解决。
Transgenic animal technology is developing rapidly, while China＇s existing legal regulatory system has been lagging behind the social development needs. The academic circles＇ research on the legal supervision issues concerning industrialization of genetically modified animals is not thorough enough, focusing only on the field of environmental security and food safety. The research is quite scattered in the supervision field of transgenic animal bioreactors and organ transplantation. As a great theory and practice subject, the legal supervision to industrialization of transgenic animal needs basic theoretical research urgently, and needs to be explored and resolved from different levels including the legal system of supply and the running and protection of the system.
