摘要
鹤壁市作为国家第一批循环经济试点市,积极转变发展观念,探索发展循环经济的有效路径,循环经济发展取得了明显成效。就如何进一步深化循环经济的发展,提出了鹤壁市循环经济发展的基本思路。即围绕创建国家循环经济示范市的总体目标,突出节能减排和循环经济项目建设,抓好示范企业、示范园区、低碳示范区建设,并提出要把循环经济与重点项目建设、招商引资、产业结构调整、产业集聚区建设相结合。
As one of the first batch of pilot cities on recycling economy,Hebi has actively changed the concept on development and explored the effective path to the recycling economy; hence,evident achievements have been achieved. A basic thought is put forward to deepen the recycling economy in Hebi,which highlights energy saving and emission reduction as well as the construction of projects of the recycling economy and gives special attention to the establishment of model enterprises,demonstration parks and low-carbon demonstration zones by sticking to the national objectives. A suggestion is also given to combine the development of the recycling economy with the construction of key projects,investment invitation,modification of industrial structure and formation of industry agglomeration.
