摘要
研究真空冷却过程中能耗与运行参数之间的关系,进行真空冷却系统的电参量测试,探寻与能耗有关的因素。以上海理工大学能源与动力工程学院自制的真空冷却装置为实验平台,选取不同质量的水分别在不同温度下开启真空泵进行实验研究,分析真空冷却系统能耗与真空泵开启温度和被冷物品质量之间的关系。为统一实验条件以减少因实验条件不同对能耗造成的影响,提出附加能耗、折算能耗、当量能耗的概念。试验结果显示:对于制冷系统和真空泵配置已确定的真空冷却系统,存在最佳真空泵开启温度和被冷物品质量;在使用真空冷却系统时,应尽量使其在最佳状态运行,此时单位质量的被冷物在单位温降下的能耗最小,即当量能耗最小。
The investigation into the relationship between energy consumption and operating parameters in the process of vacuum cooling was performed.The electrical parameters of the system were tested to find the factors influencing energy consumption.Experiments were conducted with different weight of water at different temperatures.The concepts of Additional Energy Consumption,Corrected Energy Consumption and Equivalent Energy Consumption were presented to unify the experimental conditions.The results show that there is an optimum starting temperature of the vacuum pump and an optimum weight of the cooled object for a vacuum cooling system with a fixed configuration of the refrigeration system and the vacuum system.It seems that vacuum cooling systems should run under the optimum situation to realize the minimum equivalent energy consumption.
