摘要
本文详细的分析了热管采油工艺技术原理,重力热管作为井筒伴热的一种方式是完全可行的,空心抽油杆为工质提供了工作环境;根据重力热管作用原理,并结合蒸汽吞吐的特点,与电加热相比,重力热管无需补充外来能量,因此能够节约大量的能源。在此基础上,分析了增油效果原理,一是井筒中的流动阻力增加的幅度变缓,产量也相对高;另外,延长了流体温度降低到原油滞留温度点的时间,增加周期产量。延长了流体温度降低到原油滞留温度点的时间,相应就延长了油井生产时间,增加周期产量。
This detailed analysis of the heat pipe oil extraction technology theory,gravity heat pipe with heat as a way of shaft is entirely feasible,hollow rod as working fluid to provide a working environment;the role of heat pipes under the gravity theory,combined with the characteristics of steam stimulation,as compared with electric heating,gravity heat pipe without the need to add external energy,it can save a lot of energy.On this basis,the analysis of the effect of increasing oil theory,one wellbore flow resistance in the rate of increase slowed,the output is relatively high;In addition,the extended stay fluid temperature down to oil temperature points of time,increasing production cycle. Extended the fluid temperature down to the temperature point of crude oil stranded in time,the corresponding wells on the extension of the production time,increase the cycle of production.
