摘要
根据某集控系统VME总线主控微机及接口板卡供电要求,以VICOR二代系列模块为基础进行了电源模块的优化设计,从保证电源瞬时失电而维持不间断输出的角度优化确定了电路中的保持电容,从电路和结构设计等多方面进行优化以确保电源具有良好的工作可靠性、安全性、电磁兼容性和散热性。样机研制及试验表明该电源设计方法有效可行。
In order to meet the requirement of power supply for the computer and its interface plate clip in themarine central control system,this paper presents the design of the power supply unit of the controlcomputer,based on the converters of VICOR.The hold up capacity in the circuits is ideally improved,so as to ensure the constant output when the power supply fails suddenly.The design of the circuit and frameworksand so on are optimized with regard to reliability,security,EMC and heat diffusion.The experiment based on the prototype shows that the methods for designing the power supply are effective and feasible.
