摘要
介绍了基于DSP控制的三相频率400 Hz的中频电源系统,与传统中频电源相比,它具有较强的带不平衡负载能力,满足航空航天领域生产和调试专用的中频电源的要求。详细叙述其主电路及滤波电路原理。创新采用了输出电压和滤波电感瞬时值作为双闭环反馈PI调节的控制策略,整个电路的控制由一片TMS320F2812完成,实现了电源的全数字化控制。最后给出了实验结果及结论。
This article describes the DSP-based control of three-phase power system frequency 400 Hz,compare with the traditional medium frequency power supply,the new design has a strong imbalance in the load capacity to meet the needs of aerospace manufacturing and testing requirements of the intermediate frequency power supply.The main circuit and filter circuit are described in detail.Innovative using of the output voltage and filter inductor instantaneous value as a double closed-loop feedback regulation of the PI control strategy,the entire control circuit is completed by a piece of TMS320F2812,the realization of all-digital power control.Finally,simulation and experimental results are given.
