摘要
SWOT分析作为战略决策的有效辅助工具,对大学生创业环境进行分析具有实用价值。当前,大学生创业环境既存在优势,又面临劣势;既有机遇,又有威胁。改善大学生创业环境,应充分注重发挥自身优势,抓住机遇,找出制约创业成功的问题所在;政府应全力支持大学生创业,完善创业服务体系;高校应注重大学生创业心理素质的培养,加快开设创业教育公共选修课,加强校园创业文化建设,为大学生创造良好的创业文化氛围。
As an effective assistant tool of strategic decision,SWOT is practical and valuable for college students＇ entrepreneurship en-vironment.Nowadays,the entrepreneurship environment holds both advantages and disadvantages,both opportunity and threat.Hence,we should play its advantages,seize the opportunity,and find the problems limiting entrepreneurship success.The government should support college students＇ entrepreneurship and improve entrepreneurship service system.The colleges and universities should cultivate their psychological quality,offer common optional courses on enterprise education,and construct campus culture on entrepreneurship.
