摘要
在分析注塑拉丝机中挤出电机和卷绕电机线速度匹配产生误差原因的基础上,对卷绕电机转速的物理构成和参数选择进行设定,并利用数学模型建立了控制策略,从经济成本上考虑了控制电路的选择。
On the basis of analyzing the error of speed matching of drawing motor and winding line in injection drawing machine, the setting of physical composition and parameters of winding motor is set, and the control strategy is established using mathematical models. The choice of the control circuit is considered from economic cost aspect.
