摘要
对我国护理管理的体制、理论、对象、方法、内涵及评价等方面进行了综述。阐述了近十年来，我国护理管理体制从低层次逐步向高层次发展；管理方法从单一向多角度方向发展；管理内涵及评价从个体向群体发展。并且医院护理管理的重要性已引起护理界的高度重视。
A review was made on system,theory,object,method,connotation and evaluation of hospital nursing administration in our country.In the last 10 years,nursing administration in our country has developed gradually from lower administrative level to a high level.And method of administration has developed from monotonous to a many-sided way.Connotation and evaluation of administration have developed from individual to majority.The importance of hospital nursing administration has already drawn much attention in the field of nursing care.
