摘要
针对大学毕业生"就业难"问题,广东药学院生命科学与生物制药学院(以下简称"我院")大力开展创新型人才培养探索,鼓励本科生参与到科研中来,通过开展不同形式的创新教育,使毕业生更适应社会需求,以便顺利地实现就业或创业。
According to the problem of graduates＇ employment difficulty,Guangdong College of Pharmacy（hereinafter referred to as ＂our college＂） launches vigorously exploration of innovation talents training to encourage college students to participate in scientific research to make graduates adapt to social demand by carrying out innovation education,thereby achieving employment smoothly.
