摘要
目的制作系列实用型冷敷护理袋应用于临床高热病人,观察降温效果。方法观察组随机选择30例高热患者在药物降温同时用冷敷护理袋分别置于头、颈、腋窝、腹股沟进行物理降温,对照组30例高热患者在药物降温同时加传统冰帽降温;分别于30、60 min后观察降温效果。结果两种方法比较,系列实用型冷敷护理袋效果优于传统冰帽,有显著性差异。结论实用型冷敷护理袋与全身大血管部位接触面积大,使用方便,易于清洗,经临床应用,降温效果好。
Objective Series of practical production of cold bag for clinical care of patients to speed up the cooling rate of heat,Observation of the cooling effect.Methods The observation group were randomly selected 30 cases of high fever with a cold compress at the same time,care and drugs cooling bags were placed in head,neck,armpits,groin physical cooling,Control group,30 cases of fever patients in the drug plus the traditional ice cap is cooling while cooling;were 30min,60min after the observed cooling effect.Results Comparison of two methods,series of practical cold compress better than the traditional nursing caps bags,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusions Practical nursing bags and cold compress parts of the body contact area of the great vessels large,easy to use,easy to clean,by the clinical application of a good cooling effect.
