摘要
利用正交设计法对乙二醛氧化成乙醛酸的反应温度、反应时间和反应物料比等因素进行了考察,同时也使生成的乙醛酸在一定条件下与脲缩合成尿囊素.
The oxidative conditions that glyoxal was oxidated into glyoxalic and were investigated by the method of orthogonal designing test. The optimum reaction temperatutre, time and the ratio of reaction substance were selected. Simultaneously, the allantoin was preared by condensating the glyoxlic with urea.
