摘要
急性肾损伤作为肝移植术后严重的并发症，严重影响患者生存率。但关于其定义尚无统一标准．多以血清肌酐浓度或尿量作为指标。本文就目前常见诊断标准．发生机制及早期生物学指标作一综述。
Acute kidney injury （AKI） related with liver transplantation is a severe complication of liver transplantation. However, there is no uniform definition of AKI. Serum Creatine and urine output have been widely accepted as diagnostic indicators in this setting. In this review, we introduce the developments and progresses in the diagnostic criteria, mechanisms and some new early biomarkers of AKI.
