摘要 学校适应是农民工随迁子女教育问题研究的重要议题,学校适应程度的高低直接影响到随迁子女的教育结果和身心发展,进而影响他们今后的职业选择和整体发展。利用2007年世界银行—教育部"农民工随迁子女义务教育促进项目"数据,以就读学校的类型为变量进行比较分析,从学习适应、人际适应、心理适应三个方面进行研究,考察在两类学校就读的农民工随迁子女在学校适应性方面的异同及影响因素,并在此基础上为农民工随迁子女在城市获得良好的学校适应提出建议。 School adaptation is an important research topic in the educational problems of migrant workers accompanying children.The levels of school adaptation have a direct impact on education outcomes and mental and physical development of migrant workers accompanying children and then affect their future career choices and overall development.The study utilizes data of 2007"Project of Migrant Workers Accompanying Children Compulsory Education Promotion"offered by World Bank-Ministry of Education,conducts a comparative analysis of the variable of the type of learning school,studies from three aspects such as learning adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and psychological adjustment,investigates similarities and differences and influencing factors in two types of schools of migrant workers accompanying children,on this basis,put forward recommendations for the migrant workers accompanying children to get good school adaptation in the city.
