摘要
应用主体(Agent)技术构建一个智能通讯网络,以期实现在通讯网络上模拟用户行动模型,替代用户完成某些智能活动.智能通讯网络系统通过定义繁忙度和重要度两个模糊参数并选用IF-THEN规则设计模糊推理机,使主体在作为用户代理人时,具有可根据用户日程表和服务指示信息推论用户的现时状态、查询发话人的重要度、经综合判断后作出受话与否的决策等智能型功能,并以主动方式为用户提供符合其意图的服务.智能通讯网络系统结构由用户层、网络软件层和网络硬件层3部分组成,网络软件层以智能Agent为主,采用慎思方法进行设计。
By applying Agent technology an intelligent network is set up in order to simulate the user’s action and complete some intelligent actions for user. Through defining busyness and importance as fuzzy parameters, and designing fuzzy inference rule by adopting IF THEN rule, the intelligent network system possesses some intelligent functions, such as according to the schedule and service indicator information from user to reason the present state of user, searching the importance of caller, making the policy to receive or not through synthetic judgment as user’s Agent, and providing the service conformed to the intention of user by active way etc. Intelligent network is made up of three parts∶user layer, network hardware layer, and network software layer. Intelligent Agent is the main part in network software layer, which is designed by deliberative approach. Finally, the model frame of Agent cognitive model is given out.
