摘要
通过对水稻种绳直播机基本原理和主要结构参数的分析,利用UGNX设计分析软件进行各组成部件的结构设计及装配,研制出由防堵器、播放器、开沟器、覆土器等组合的水稻种绳直播机,有效地解决了开沟器容易堵塞及每穴粒数调整困难等难题,并且工作灵活、作业效率高。利用自行设计的动态测试系统,对水稻种绳直播机的覆土情况进行动态测试,检验覆土性能及其相关工作部件的工作效果。试验结果表明:机组仿形及镇压效果良好,保证了播种深度的均匀性和种绳的准确铺放。
Basic principles and key parameters of the main structure were analyzed on rice rope direct seeding machine.The parts′ structural design and assembly of the rice rope direct seeding machine were finished with UGNX.On the basis,rice rope direct seeding machine was developed.The machine consisted of anti-blocking device,sowing device,opening device,banking device,compacting device,and so on.Field test results showed that two difficult problems,easy pluggedness of opener and difficult adjustment of seed number in every hole,were solved effectively,and the machine had the advantage of good maneuverability and high working efficiency.Dynamic testing system was designed.Thickness of soil cover of rice rope direct seeding machine in the field was tested by the dynamic testing system.The test proves the prototype device has a good effect of the suppression,well balanced planting depth and uniform placement of the ropes.
