摘要
从中国能源、环境现状出发，说明了发展洁净煤技术的重点目标是解决燃煤效率低和污染严重问题，重点技术措施是实施全过程脱硫；总结了近年来在选煤、水煤浆、循环流化床燃烧、ＩＧＣＣ、ＰＦＢＣ－ＣＣ、煤炭气化及液化、燃料电池、ＦＧＤ、煤层气开发等技术方面的国内外研究开发及国内有关发展洁净煤技术的政策研究进展。
The key target of development the clean coal technology is to settle low efficiency in coal combustion and serious environmental pollution in China, based on the status of energy resource and environment. Desulfurization in total process as key technology should be implemented. In recent year, the research and development of the clean coal technologies, such as the coal preparation, coal water mixture, circulating fluidized bed combustion, IGCC, PFBC CC, coal gasification and liquefaction, fuel cell, FGD and coalbed methane, in China and abroad were summarized. With regard to the progress in research and development of the clean coal technology policies in China were also introduced in this paper.
