摘要
在当今住宅市场的多样、复杂、多变的居住需求和住宅面积小型化趋势的非常时,"拆墙风"如影相随,呈愈演愈烈之势。本文针对此现象进行了分析,提出了"以少求多"、"以小求多"设计思路,倡导设计师要比以往更关注设计,以提升小面积住宅产品的品质、特色和适应性,凸显设计本色。
During the special period when multiple,complex and flexible housing demand accompanied with the miniaturization of housing area,＂tearing doors＂behavior like as the shadow,which has become more and more tension.This article analyze the phenomenon and propose the design of covering＂demanding much with less and achieving more with small＂.In order to improve the quality,characteristics and adaptability of housing product, deigning master should pay much more attention on design than before,which can extrude the design nature.
