摘要
目的观察猪圆环病毒病(PCVD)和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)二联灭活疫苗的安全性及免疫保护力。方法分别用超剂量疫苗免疫妊娠母猪和3～4周龄断奶仔猪,以观察疫苗的安全性及对妊娠母猪产仔的影响;并用3批疫苗分别免疫3～4周龄断奶仔猪,检测血清中ELISA和中和抗体效价;免疫后28d,分别用PRRSV CC株和PCV2 NM株攻毒,观察临床反应,并进行病理组织学检查,计算疫苗保护率。结果超剂量疫苗免疫对妊娠母猪和断奶仔猪均安全,无任何不良临床反应。免疫断奶仔猪后7d可检测到血清抗体,PCV2及PRRSV攻毒后的保护率均不低于80%。结论 PCVD和PRRS二联灭活疫苗安全、有效,可用于PCVD和PRRS的预防。
Objective To observe the safety and immune protection of inactivated porcine circovirus disease（PCVD）and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS）combined vaccine.Methods Pregnant sows and post-weaning 3~4-week-old piglets were immunized with inactivated PCVD and PRRS combined vaccine at excessive dosages to observe the safety of vaccine as well as the influence on piglets.The piglets at ages of 3 ～ 4 weeks were immunized with 3 batches of vaccine respectively and determined for ELISA and neutralizing titers of antibodies in sera.Twenty-eight days after immunization,the piglets were challenged with PRRSV CC strain and PCV2 NM strain respectively,observed for adverse reactions and subjected to histopathological examination,based on which the protective rate of vaccine was calculated.Results No any adverse reactions were observed in pregnant sows and post-weaning piglets immunized with inactivated PCVD and PRRS combined vaccine at excessive dosages,indicating good safety of the vaccine.Serum antibodies were detected in piglets 7 d after immunization.Both the protective rates of vaccine against challenge with PCV2 and PRRSV were not less than 80%.Conclusion Inactivated PCVD and PRRS combined vaccine was safe,effective and suitable for the prevention of PCVD and PRRS.
