摘要
目的观察综合疗法治疗颈椎病患者的临床疗效，总结经验，合理运用于临床。方法采用针刺、TDP理疗、手法按摩和牵引、药物等综合疗法。结果3年共治疗颈椎病166例，治愈88例（53．0％），好转66例（39．75％），无效12例（7．25％），总有效率92．75％。结论综合疗法治疗颈椎病能减轻或抑制纤维组织的粘连、消炎、消肿、镇痛，较单纯应用物理治疗及药物治疗疗效显著，复发率低。
Objective ： Observes the composite treatment treatment vertebra sickness patient＇s clinical curative effect, the lessons utilizes reasonably in clinical. Methods： Uses the acupuncture, cervical learned, the TDP physical therapy, the technique massage and the hauling, the medicine and so on composite treatment. Results： 3 years altogether treat the cervical vertebra to get sick 166 examples, cure 88 examples examples （39.75%）, invalid 12 examples （7 （53.0%）, change for the better 66 .25%）, total effectiveness 92.75%. Conclusions： Composite treatment treatment cervical vertebra sickness can re duce or suppress Fiber structure＇s adhesion, the sterilization, the detumescence, the analgesia, the pure application treatment curative effect is remarka phy ble, sical therapy and the pharmacological the recurrence rate is low.
