摘要
截至2009年底,我国已建油气管道的总长度达到约7.5万千米,其中天然气管道3.8万千米,原油管道2万千米,成品油管道1.7万千米。2009年我国建设的重点管道工程有中亚-中国及西气东输二线、永清-唐山-秦皇岛、涩宁兰复线等天然气管道;漠河-大庆和大庆-铁岭扩能改造、日照-东明等原油管道;兰州-郑州-长沙、苏南、鲁皖二期、珠三角二期等成品油管道。我国天然气管道已形成横跨东西、纵贯南北、连通海外的全国性网络,"西气东输、海气登陆、就近外供"的供气格局已经形成,并已在西南、环渤海、长三角、中南及西北地区形成了比较完善的区域性天然气管网;原油管道已在东北、西北、华北、华东和中部地区形成了区域性的输油管网;成品油管道在西北、西南和珠三角地区建成骨干输油管道,形成了"西油东运、北油南下"格局。未来几年将是我国油气管道建设的高峰期,天然气管道网络化程度将不断提高,地下储气库建设的步伐将进一步加快,关键设备国产化进程也将加快,技术水平正在不断提升。
By the end of 2009,the total length of completed China's oil and gas pipelines reached about 75 thousand kilometres,of which 38 thousand kilometres were natural gas pipelines,20 thousand kilometres were crude oil pipelines,and 17 thousand kilometres were for refined oil products. In 2009,the China's major pipeline projects were:natural gas pipelines such as the Central Asia-China Pipeline,the second West-East Pipeline,the Yongqing-Tangshan-Qinhuangdao Pipeline,the Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Multi-lane Pipeline; crude oil pipelines such as the Rizhao-Dongming Pipeline,the enlargement of the Mohe-Daqing and Daqing-Tieling pipelines; and refined oil product pipelines including the Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Pipeline,the South Jiangsu Pipeline,the second stage of the Shandong-Anhui Pipeline,and the second stage of the Pearl River Delta Pipeline. A national network which spans east and west,north and south,and connects to international pipelines has emerged in China. A supply system where western gas is travelled east,offshore gas is brought to shore and overseas gas can be imported by the most direct route has already been established. Relatively complete regional natural gas pipeline networks have been established in the Southwest,the Bohai Sea Zone,the Yangtze River Delta,the Central South Regions as well as the Northwest of China. Regional crude oil pipeline networks are already in place in Northeast,Northwest,North,East and Central China. Major arterial pipelines for refined oil products have been built in the Northwest,Southwest and Pearl River Delta Regions,which form the 'Transporting Western Oil East and Northern Oil South' structure.The next few years will still be a peak period for oil and gas pipeline construction in China. The coverage of the natural gas network will constantly be improved,the pace of construction of underground storage facilities will quicken,an increasing amount of crucial facilities will be produced domestically,with the level of technology continually increasing.
