摘要
文章对历史文化名城历史因素分布的具体情况进行了分类，提出针对历史因素呈碎片型分布的城市的保护策略──把个体纳入网络，并具体阐述达成这一策略的途径，最后，指出这一策略的根本目标不在于消极地保护历史因素本身，而是要使其与城市的整体结构紧密联系起来，即把历史因素融入现代生活中去，这才是历史文化名城保护的真正意义所在。
In the light of the specific distribution characters of historical elements in a historical and cultural city, this paper puts forwad a countering tactic by which we mean to bring elements into a net. Further discussion is made in detail on how to achieve this tactic, At last, this article states that the tactic aims not at preserving the historical elements passively but at integrating them with the whole structure of the city. In another word, we should incorporate the historical elements into people's life, and that's the real meaning of conservation of a historical and cultural city.
