摘要
目的:探讨自动套扎术治疗痔的临床效果与护理体会。方法:对在我院行RPH治疗的患者同时进行专科护理,对治疗结果进行统计并总结护理经验。结果:平均手术时间8.7min,平均套扎2.30次,RPH治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度痔总有效率100%,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度痔总有效率分别为94.64%、86.36%。肛门坠胀、急便意和便纸带血,是常见并发症,所有患者均无肛门疼痛、狭窄、失禁及尿潴留等严重不适症状。结论:RPH具有安全、有效、微创、恢复快等优点,其中对轻中度痔的临床效果是肯定的,同时有效的、专科地护理措施是提高RPH临床效果和远期疗效必不可少的环节。
Objective： To discuss the efficacy of automatic ligatiou of hemorrhoids（RPH）inthe treatment of hemorrhoids and nursing experience. Methods： RPH on the line in our hospital patients at the same time specialist care, treatment and summar/zes the results of statistical nursing experience. Conclusions：RPH has a safe, effective, minimally invasive, quick recovery, etc., in which pairs of the clinical effect of mild to moderate hemorrhoids is in the affirmative, while effective, measures to specialist care for patients is to improve the clinical results and long-term efficacy of RPH an essential component.
