摘要
目的:分析应用不含静脉的指背皮神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的疗效。方法:应用不含静脉的指背皮神经营养血管蒂岛状皮瓣41例,修复手指皮肤缺损。观察皮瓣的成活率、质地、色泽、和感觉。结果:术后41例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访时间为6～18个月,平均12个月。皮瓣外观、质地、弹性良好,感觉恢复正常。结论:不含静脉的指背皮神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣成活率高、操作简单,是修复手指皮肤缺损的理想方法。
Objective：To evaluate the treatment outcome of using dorsal island neuroeutaneous flaps without vein from dorsum of the finger for repair of finger skin defects.Methods：Forty-one reverse island flaps pedicled on the nutritional vessels of dorsal digital cutaneous nerve without vein were used to repair skin defects of the fingers.The survival rate,texture,eolour, and sensation of the flaps were observed. Results：All of the 41cases survived.Postoperative follow up period ranged from 6 to 18 months,with an average of 12 months. The appearance,texture and elasticity of the flaps were good.Recovery of touch was observed.Conclusion：Without vein dorsal retrograde neurocutaneous island flap pcdiclcd high survival rate.The operation is simple.lt is an ideal method for repairing soft tissue defects of finger.
