摘要 由于传统油罐液位测量方法的局限性,急需研究方便有效的测量方法。设计了基于红外热像仪的油罐液位测量系统。系统包括硬件组成以及软件的设计。软件是采用C#语言编写的,主要部分有:图像边缘检测;特征点提取;图像匹配;图像拼接;液位提取以及Access数据库的建立。实验结果显示该系统实现了油罐液位的非接触式自动测量。 Because the limitations of traditional methods of tank liquid level measurement, convenient and effective measurement method needs to be researched eagerly.Tank liquid level measurement system based on thermal imager was designed.The system included hardware components and software design.The software is written in language C#.The software e components included image edge detection, feature points extraction, image registration,iamge mosaic,liquid level extraction and Access data-base's establishment. The experimental results showed that the non-contact and automatic measurement of the tank liquid level was implemented.
