摘要
研究了基于VFP和UG的刀具CAD系统关键技术及实现:利用VFP强大的数据管理功能实现刀具的设计并自动生成UG虚拟装配中所需部件之间的相互配合尺寸,其关键是大量工程数表的规范化处理;利用UG/Grip二次开发来实现刀具的参数化实体建模及虚拟装配,正确实现VFP与UG之间的数据传递是实现该CAD系统的关键。
The key technology and realization of CAD system for tools' design is studied: use the powerful data management function of VFP to realize the tools' design and generate the dimension between components required in virtual assembly in UG automatically, the key technology is how to standardize the table; use the UG/Grip to realize parametric solid modeling and virtual assembly automatically ,how to transfer the data correctly from VFP to UG is very important in the CAD system of tools.
