摘要
通过分析废旧瓦楞纸板(OCC)浆料的纤维形态、滤水性能及瓦楞原纸的物理强度性能,就打浆过程对二次纤维回用性能的影响进行了研究。实验结果表明,打浆能够有效改善OCC浆强度性能,浆料打浆度从19°SR升高到39°SR,成纸的裂断长、环压指数和耐破指数分别上升了39.38%、59.40%、66.67%;纸页的耐折度、撕裂指数呈现先上升后下降趋势。DFR动态滤水分析表明,浆料打浆度升高,滤水性能明显降低。高倍显微镜和SEM分析结果显示,打浆程度加重,纤维出现明显的分丝帚化及切断现象,纤维平均长度总体呈下降趋势。
In this paper,the effect of beating on the OCC pulp properties and paper physical strength was studied,and therecycled fiber morphology and pulp filtration property were further characterized.It was shown that pulp beating can greatly improve the physical strength of recycled fiber,it can make paper breaking length,ring crush index and burst index increase by 39.38%,59.40%,66.67%,respectively.However,it can be displayed by DFR detection,pulp filtration property got weak with the rising of pulp's beating degree.In addition,it was also noted by SEM that excessive beating can make the fiber cut off seriously which caused the average length of recycled fiber keep dropping.
