Analysis on the Structure of Steel-tube Single-Pole-Combined Strain Tower for 1000 kV Transmission Line

摘要 针对在某1 000 kV交流双回输电线路工程中使用的钢管单柱组合耐张塔,采用有限元模拟分析的方法,用梁杆混合单元,对不同斜材布置形式下的主材内力进行计算,从而提出较为合适的塔身斜材布置形式。另外,分析塔腿主材和塔腿斜材不同分段情况下塔腿主材的内力,提出较为合适的塔腿结构布置形式。结果表明,采用梁杆混合单元分析主材内力较为合适,并且在分析时将辅助材放到模型中是很必要的。 For steel-tube single-pole-combined strain towers that were used in a 1 000 kV AC transmission line project,finite element method(FEM) was applied with combined beam and bar elements to analyze the internal stress of main members with different bracings,based on which a more practical bracing structure was proposed.In addition,an analysis was performed on the internal stress of the main members of the tower legs according to segmentation of the leg's main members and bracings and an appropriate leg structure was proposed.The analytical results show that it is more feasible to use the combined beam and bar elements to establish the model,and it is very necessary to put the auxiliary members in the model for analysis.
