摘要
图书馆自由选择被多元化的数字化选择形式所兼容。信息权利自由覆盖了图书馆权利自由。商品经济通行的规则产生了传统图书馆自由选择权,也制约了数字化形态图书馆的传播权和获取权。图书馆不排斥各种观点信息供读者选择的条款,事实上成为无法兑现的文字虚设,图书馆的中立地位受到撼动。
Library’s freedom choice can be tolerated by diversified digital choice form. The commonly recognized rules of the commodity economy not only result in the freedom of choice to traditional library, but also restrict the communication and access of digital library. Library does not rule out the clauses about providing various views and information for readers’choice, in fact, these clauses have become dishonored dummy text, and library’s neutrality status is shaken.
